On the building/maintenance side, we always carry out free valuations on any issues at your property, before carrying out general repairs/maintenance that may be needed at the property. We also have local expert fully qualified tradesman that we use on a regular basis, this in turn has them charging less, but still doing the best quality job and saving you money.
