NMC are really great managing agents for landlords
NMC have managed a flat let for us in London for about 3 years and we have found Nairn and Kerrin to be really great managing agents for property ..... professional, hands-on and have line-up of good professionals such as plumbers, electricians, heating engineers. Always available and very professional interaction with tenants and ourselves as landlords. Responsive and don't get phased by any event. We would highly recommend to any landlord !

I was a tenant with NMC for just over 8 years

I was a tenant with NMC for just over 8 years and received fantastic service throughout that whole time from Kerrin and Nairn. They made life so much easier by being responsive, friendly and supportive. Issues were dealt with quickly and communication was excellent. 
Really refreshing to be looked after so well and would highly recommend.
